Cheesy sauce

Ingredients 1 green plantain (~ 250 g) 1 okra 1½ zucchini 200 ml water 30 g seedless virgin olive oil 1 g salt ½ g fructose Procedure Fan bake the green plantain at 180° C for about 40 min; Peel 1½ zucchini until the flesh is completely white (no visible green); Steam the zucchini until very soft (~ 30 minutes); In the meanwhile, peel the okra and remove the seeds inside every compartment; Boil it in water for about 5 minutes and remove the okra; When the plantain and the zucchini are ready, peel the plantain and cut both in slices; Add them to the water where you boil the okra; Blend everything and continue to cook for other 10 minutes; Add finally the oil and blend again. You will have a nice creamy sauce for meatless balls , gnocchi, pasta etc.

Western culture is strongly based on the traditional, fast/street food. In the transitional phase of Sustainable Fruitarianism it is important to replace these dishes with more healthy alternatives without eliminating taste. I would like to share my burger recipe that I found to be the best in texture and taste so far. Please try it, share it with your friends and help the dissemination of the concept of Sustainable Fruitarianism . Ingredients (for 4 burgers) For the bread 4 green plantains (~ 250 g each) 200 g hokkaido pumpkin (already steamed and peeled) 40 g seedless olive oil 5 g salt For the patty 800 g eggplant 90 g plantain flour 35 g seedless olive oil 8 g salt 1 tbsp. smoked paprika 2 tbsp. sweet paprika To garnish ½ long cucumber 2 large tomatoes 100 g sweet tomato sauce, fruit mayonnaise or 1 smashed avocado 4 fruit cheddar slices (optional) Procedure Fan bake the green plantains at 180° C for about 40-50 min until

Ingredients 1 green plantain (~ 250 g) 1 okra 1½ zucchini 200 ml water 30 g seedless virgin olive oil 1 g salt ½ g fructose (alternatively you can use apple syrup or apple juice with less water) Procedure Fan bake the green plantain at 180° C for about 40 min; Peel 1½ zucchini until the flesh is completely white (no visible green); Steam the zucchini until very soft (~ 30 minutes); In the meanwhile, peel the okra and remove the seeds inside every compartment; Boil it in the water for about 5 minutes and remove the okra; When the plantain and the zucchini are ready, peel the plantain and cut both in slices; Add them to the water where you boil the okra; Blend everything and continue to cook for other 20 minutes; Add finally the oil, blend it again and cook for another 10 minutes or until it is firm enough; Spread the dough in baking paper with a thickness of 2-3 mm; Refrigerate overnight; Cut it in slices and use it fo
